Ordered these office chairs ( purchased 2 ), based on online reviews and pictures. Blue Whale didn't disappoint me and extremely happy so far with purchase. Bought and received in December. Chairs were very easy to assemble with tool provided, took about 45 minutes for both. Chairs look good, very sturdy, and comfortable. I'm 6'1" and weigh 212lbs. Desk chair provides ample support for frame, and love the wider profile. So far its everything I wanted.

I purchased this chair as a gift for my daughter. She was having back issues with her previous chair. After a week of use in this chair my daughter has not had any back issues and is able to sit and work for a full eight hours without having to take pain meds. Thank you for making a good ergonomic chair.

Was not satisfied, the chair is made out of good matierial at least and can support the advertised weight. The back support of the chair sticks out too far forward leaving your head floating awkwardly, the rocking and tilt feature just didn't feel right.EDIT: The customer support was quick to reach out to try fixing the issues, sadly it didn't help my needs, definitely A for effort tho. If the back support didn't bulk out so far this chair would have been good.

The chair was exactly as advertised, it arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble!

I am a 6ft 300lb guy who has been looking for a good chair. All the ones at office depot were trash. I did not want to spend $600 for a large hermon miller so I took a chance with this. So far it's a been very comfortable. The lower part of the back is a little tricky to line up during installation. However, once is in, it's solid! The inner part from armrest to armrest is 20 inches. Lumber support is great. So far so good!

I have horrible back problems and was hoping this chair would work for me. Unfortunately, I am not tall enough for the back support offered with this chair. I was going to return the chair and the Seller offered a discount and let me keep the chair to use for someone else. The chair is very sturdy and the wheel base can be used on ANY surface. I was disappointed it would not work for me, but with the discount from the Seller I have a very nice office chair for my GM when he visits from the UK as he is tall and will appreciate the back support features offered by this chair. I recommend for people taller than 5' 7" if you need the chair support features, otherwise the chair is very well built and very suitable for Big & Tall people.

Chair is supposed to be 24 inches wide and 22.4 inches deep, it's actually 20 inches wide and 19.5 inches deep. The numbers on the description are completely inaccurate and this chair will not fit someone who need a big and tall chair.

I like it. The rest of the office likes it. It’s comfortable enough. Im 5’5” and I dont touch the floor on the lowest setting. Not a big deal. Just taller than I had imagined.
