I am writing to express my disappointment with the [Product Name] hair color I recently purchased.I bought this product specifically because I am looking for a natural alternative to chemical hair dyes due to skin allergies. I was hopeful that this product would provide a gentler solution.Following the instructions on the packaging, I applied the color twice:* First application: 75 minutes.* Second application (48 hours later): 120 minutes.Unfortunately, despite these two applications, I have seen no change in my hair color, particularly regarding the grey hair coverage. My hair closure remains the same as before.I am very disappointed with this outcome, especially considering I chose this product for its natural composition and my sensitivity to chemical dyes.I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a solution. I am open to suggestions or a possible refund.Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.

It has everything you’ll need for a hair color. Plus it’s safer to use and has gloves and a shower cap too! Worth the price!

It is a bad product. Made with chemicals. Consumers are being cheated by saying it is herbal. Just doing a patch test before using it got sore.
