Best in class
This is simply the best in-ear headphones you can get today! I made the mistake of buying the B&O Beoplay E8 despite having read all the negative reviews and paid the price, quite literally. In time I noticed the sound quality was average, the noise cancelling was average and they had a poor fit overall especially when at the gym, and then 6 months in the left earpiece completely gave out, stopped working, battery flat out and B&O support told me it was my fault because I let too many interferences occur with the bluetooth (e.g. walking by shops security systems with the headphones on) which was absurd to say the least. Anyway, finally both pieces stopped working, so I had to throw them, and 300 dollars, in the trash. For the next ones I read every possible review and chose these Jabra ones hoping for the best. And indeed, they are the best: perfect fit, amazing sound, great at noise-cancelling and overall just a much, much better product than the B&O. Go for it, you will not find anything better in the market!

Great but terrified of losing one
Stylish and the sound quality is excellent, they hook up easily to YouTube and block out the background noise of the office and help me concentrate at work. Not quite as noise-cancelling as I’d been led to believe, but will cancel out average office noise. They fit beautifully in my ears too using the medium ear bud. I like the handy little case they come in, which both protects and charges them. Only thing is, I’m terrified of losing one, so still using my wired Apple earphones when walking to work. Think it would be good to have the option to connect them to each other on a removable cord

Best all around completely wireless earphones
Amazing pair of completely wireless in-ear headphones. The sound quality is very high and definitely way above your average wireless headphones. The pairing is flawless everytime and the connection can be kept through 3 thick walls. It's easily set up and the equalizer helps immensely with how you hear your music. I like my music a bit more on the bass side so it was easy to make it a bit bass boosted with the equalizer since the earphones are neutral. The hear through functions helps a lot if you don't want to get ran over by a car and it really picks up everything around you. Unfortunately, the same goes for calls which means anyone on the other side will hear everything around you including other people speaking or the traffic which can make it difficult when in a call. But all in all, definitely the best pair of earphones while worth every penny.

Left Earbud Doesn’t Work, Difficult Pairing, Terrible Customer Support
These earphones only functioned properly for a few hours on the day I received them. I was able to pair the left with the right relatively easy, although the left one made a horrible screeching sound in my ear before I heard the voice saying they had been paired with each other. I then downloaded the app, registered them, followed the instructions to update the software and was able to use them throughout the day.The next day, however, it took several attempts and a reset to be able to pair them with my phone, and discovered that the left one stopped working altogether! Although I could still turn it on and off and use it to adjust volume (on sound coming from the right one), no sound would be emitted from the left one.I contacted Amazon for support, who quickly put me in contact with the manufactured, Jabra. This is when frustration really began to build. I was contacted promptly by a Customer Support agent, to whom I provided further details of the issues (left earphone not working, difficulties in pairing). I started receiving emails (2-3) from different individuals who were asking me for further details (some of which I had already provided), so at this point I decided to write an extensive email, including pictures, to describe the issues step by step and also to explain how I had followed the instructions I had been given which did not ultimately do anything to solve the problem. Shortly after sending this email, I received an automated email directing me to raise a return request on the company website and to reply to the email with a photo of my earphones in their case, after which I was soon to receive an email with instructions for returning the faulty items. This email never came and I have since sent multiple emails to Jabra Customer Support to inquire about the status of my request, to no effect. I have yet to receive any replies or an email with pre-paid postage and return instructions and my messages are being completely ignored, despite having patiently provided all details, along with photos, despite following multiple times the troubleshoot instructions and then giving a detailed account of symptoms.I would have been happy to return them to Jabra and wait for a replacement, but due to the utter lack of communication, I have decided to return them to Amazon, whose Customer Support agenta have been far more helpful and supportive, and will now choose a different brand altogether since I have no confidence in Jabra to offer me any further assistance should I need it in the future. As to the product itself, I can only report on the pair that I received, which only worked as expected for a few hours. But whether it was an isolated issue with my pair specifically or a general problem with the range, I will never know since Jabra didn’t give me the chance to replace mine and continue using their product.
