I received my machine and was excited to use it. I let it sit overnight before plugging it in. I followed the instructions exactly and kept getting an OP error code. I made sure it was locked and the blade was installed correctly as the troubleshooting guide instructed me to. I realized that there was something not connecting. I looked at a few videos and realized it was missing a small plastic piece on the back of the container, so it was not registered that it was locked. I was excited to use it so my husband put a small piece of foil in the hole and of course voila we were in Business (so I thought). I put the exact amount of ingredients according to the instructions as I again watched videos that showed it wouldn't work if the ingredients were not the correct ratio. I let it run for an hour and a half on cocktail and never did it even get cold, let alone slush. I will follow my first mind next time and not ignore the negative reviews.

I received the Slushie machine as a gift from my wife, she knows how much I enjoy slushies, especially here in the Las Vegas heat. Having this machine is a money saver when compared to buying slushies in stores. Also being able to make your own favorite flavor slushies and adult sluhies is such a plus.While I loved this gift, after unpacking, we noticed the control panel was not securely fastened to the machine. While it worked the panel was loose and kinda annoying when using the touch control panel, it would move, thus making it more a push button panel.I contacted Inoviva Customer Support and they asked me to try a fix. It didn't work, so Daisy from Customer Support told me she would send a replacement machine. I didn't expect that, I thought we would have to send the machine back and wait for repairs. But Daisy told me they would replace it and no need to worry about waiting for any repairs to the one we had.I was super impressed with her help and speedy response and understanding. I highly recommend this company, it was such a pleasure knowing they stand behind their product and have excellent support!Thank you again Daisy and Inoviva for an excellent product and support!

We've all done some drunken shopping, this is by far one of my favorite purchases made under the influence. Its very plug and play (remember to let it sit upright 2 hours before running after delivery) add your favorite sweet drink turn it on and be mesmerized as it churns it into a slushie treat. Easy to read stickers help guide you through the process and clean up is a breeze. Its not super loud at all. Looking forward to trying it with my ice cream base for milk shakes this summer

I absolutely love this slushie machine! It is super easy to use and comes with an instruction manual that teaches you some amazing and easy to make slushies. Cleaning is super trouble free. Best way to make slushies. Highly recommend!

It works great, just read the instructions and follow them. About 15 minutes or so and you have a slushy. Does not work if your drink doesn't have a certain amount of sugar in it.
