Issue with Noise Buds Trance 2 Automatic Mode SwitchingI am writing to report an issue with my Noise Buds Trance 2 earbuds that I've bought from Amazon from Noise official store. While using them to listen to music or watch movies, they automatically switch to Factory Reset Mode or Gaming Mode without any input from me.This disrupts the audio experience and is quite inconvenient. I've read some of the reviews online that other customers faces the same issue.There's been a one year from launching these Earbuds, Why don't NOISE read reviews of their products and solve them. They should have discontinued these Earbuds since many people are facing the same problem.I've bought these Buds from my first job income, and I'm very dissatisfied from Noise products quality. So I want a complete refund. I don't like buy Products from those companies which does not treat their customers well.

These ear buds are very nice. It enhances sound quality. Charging time is also very less.

Sound is a bit low however they fit in the early perfectly. Call quality is good but noise cancellation is not upto the mark.

Worst product. The buds will get factory reset if left idle for even a minute.There is no return policy too. Neither do they have enough service centre.Customer care doesn't respond.I am.stuck now
