CARIANS Dubai Chocolate Bar with Pistachio and Kunafa, 2 Pack Dubai Chocolates Bar, Luxury Chocolates with Crispy Kunafa, Great for Gift Giving, Mother's Day

I ordered these Dubai chocolate bars on New Year's Eve and they were received on January 10. There was a problem with the order as I ordered 2 sets of 2 bars each. Only one set was sent. I contacted Carians that afternoon and they said it would be sent out early next week. One week later, 2 bars were received and Carians customer service was great!Now, onto the taste. The milk chocalate has a nice rich taste to it. The pistachio filling is very tasty and the phyllo gives it a nice crunch! I have never had Dubai chocolate before and I liked the taste. My gf otoh said it reminded her of a KitKat bar. I had to disagree with her on this. Dubai chocolate is way better than that and much higher quality.As for size, these bars are on the thick side so there is a lot of product in that package. The bars are so rich, I only indulge in a small piece at a time. When you look at what we pay for chocolate bars these days, the price is more than reasonable. Pistachios are expensive and so is shipping the product in from the Middle East. I chose this brand because it was made in the Middle East and I felt it would have a more authentic taste. I will order again.

As a huge chocolate fan, I was excited to try some Dubai chocolate, but can’t help but feel scammed for the quality of chocolate that I received. The chocolate itself wasn’t very rich nor had much flavor to it. The inside filling tasted very thick and buttery, crunchy, with a slight hint of pistachio flavor. Let’s just say it “looks” much tastier than it is. I typically don’t write reviews, but this one disappointed on a whole new level!! BUYER BEWARE!

I’ve been seeing the trend of the Dubai bars on my social media feed. People raving about the flavor and amazing crunch. I thought, I’ll make my own however I’m a bit lazy and decided Amazon would do the making for me. I live in the States and from my understanding other countries think our chocolate tastes like vomit and honestly on occasion I can taste a hint of it myself when eating a Hershey’s chocolate. However our chocolate is super sweet! In my US ignorance I anticipated this chocolate to be similar. It was not. It is very smooth, has a hint of sweetness and is not bitter like a full dark chocolate. The crunch was not very crunchy. In fact there seemed to be very little kaitafi in it. Overall, I found it unremarkable and bland. I realize it came from Turkey and would be more expensive however in my opinion the bars were quite small for the price. So, the moral of the story is, maybe I shouldn’t be so lazy and make my own next time. Amazon does have all the ingredients so no need to leave the house. One step ahead.

Excellent taste but overrated and it took forever to arrive - would never buy it again because of the hassle and came semi melted

For the price , the quality just wasn't there. The images of the texture they are advertizing are not the same and the taste is bland, little overly sweet and just not what was expecting. Small bars but you get two, so I guess thats good ?Just not at all what was expected .

My son LOVES it. It's good. The chocolate is nice and creamy. I feel like there could be a little more pistachio flavor. It is good but don't know that its worth the price.

Amazing and delicious!!!

Do not buy! This was sent to us and they apparently do not look at where because it was melted. South Texas!… However, it put it in fridge and then let down by taste. We have had sooo much better Dubai chocolate!
