Flimsy and Hard to Re-configure
The instructions are not all that you would hope they should be. Drawings are small and the print on what parts are being used even smaller. I had to go back and look at the item listing to figure out where to use the metal screws and where to use the plastic snap-in pieces. The trouble is once you snap pieces together they’re not coming apart again. I broke a piece trying and I’m not terribly strong. There also is a spool of fishing line included to “secure” the pieces. I didn’t bother with that; I already gave up by that point. Will this work for hanging up clothes for display? Kind of. I’m docking two stars because I don’t think this is a good value and I don’t think it’s easy to assemble and use.

Assembly Takes Patience, Great Outcome
I have found a great way to photograph clothing for resale using a specific tool. Assembling the tool was a bit tricky at first, especially removing the clear layer on each of the sleeves, but it got easier after that. The video provided by the seller on their Amazon page was helpful for assembling the tool. However, I found it inconvenient that the kit only included enough screws for one size, so I had to unscrew and screw them in every time I wanted to change the size. The flathead screwdriver provided was too big for the tiny screws, so I had to use a different one. The demo video showed them using a Philips screwdriver, which was confusing.I decided to assemble it for an adult size, and once I chose the size, I screwed in the shoulder clear parts all the way. The shoulders can also be adjusted, and I set them at the farthest end to photograph plus-size clothing. I couldn't screw the screws in, but it was fine because it allowed me to adjust the shoulders where I wanted them.Installing and uninstalling the carabiners was difficult, and I think they might eventually break because they are plastic. Pushing in the white little carabiner was hard for me, but I managed to do it. Disassembling was almost impossible at first, but I eventually figured it out.Adding the first part of the arm section wasn't shown in the video, but I assumed it was done the same way as the practice one. When I put the carabiner into the shoulder slot, I forgot the white disc, but it was easy to fix.The rest of the arm and torso assembly was relatively easy, but installing the foam pieces seemed like a waste because I would have to cut them down and wouldn't have anything left to use for adult long sleeves. For the price, I expected all the parts to be reusable, and it would have been nice to have more shoulder pieces included. The instructions could have been clearer, but I was able to figure things out with the help of the video and photos. Overall, I expected more for the price paid.

Mostly good
This set is easy to put together, but kind of hard to change. Pulling the little pins out to adjust the form can be tricky. I snapped one of the clear bars within about 5 minutes of trying to make modifications to the shape. It is possible to make adjustments, but the amount of time it takes isn't convenient when you have several items of different sizes to photograph. I appreciated the padding pieces it came with, bc that helped with some of the shaping issues... but to be really successful, I'd need more of these forms to get the job done... so I don't have to spend 20 minutes pulling pins out and fixing the body shape to show multiple garments. If you made up several forms and then just switched between them, that would be more successful. Sometimes I can use the smaller hangers, and there are extra pieces to make forms for them... but overall, this is going to take some tweaking to make it work well. I suppose if you do photos of basically the same thing all the time, this would work really well. If you need to make it fit different things frequently, it's probably going to be too much of a hassle.

Awful Instructions - Gave Up
What you get - Adjustable Mannequin Torso Clothing Display Hangers (Male, Female, and Child)Pros - Well - they look like a good ideaCons - these were impossible to get together. The instructions were very confusing and I actually gave up. My husband looked at them and tried for a bit before declaring it not worth it and the pieces would never end up being useful for anything in our opinion.Overall - do not recommend at all.

Major headache to put together
This thing is overpriced for what it is. You literally have to assemble every single part yourself, down to putting the hook into the hanger!? There were so many steps, parts, and crappy unclear instructions, by the end of this I felt like someone should be paying ME just to put it together! It took me over an hour. It may take you less if you’re able to do things more intuitively or understand the instructions faster. Everything is unclear and unlabeled. Parts don’t fit together as you would expect. End product was underwhelming AND there was still a bunch of parts left and I’m wondering what the heck they are used for, as again, the instructions don’t make that clear.Ok so now that the negatives are out of the way, here are a few pros:- thick acrylic pieces, not flimsy thin plastic- adjustable waist- can add or remove parts for longneck sleeves or longer skirts, dresses, etc- comes with three hanger sizes— man, woman, and child- includes screwdriver, fishing line, and zip ties… not sure why for the last two, but helpful if you get frustrated with instructions and go your own way- makes clothes look slightlyyyy better when displayed on a hanger for product photos/listings (ignore the wrinkles in my example pic)I really think all of the negatives could be easily dissolved is this dang thing was just shipped to you preassembled (or at least partially assembled) to save everyone the headache
