Picking it up is difficult but once you have it in the space you need the wheels make it easy to move. The built in pump and ability to pump it up and out with the built in pump and auto shut on/off is one of the main reasons I purchased this one over the other model that this brand carries. I think if the front wheels were slightly bigger it would help when moving it on carpet, even low pile, we struggled when backing it into the corner of the office trying to get it out of the way of foot traffic. The big wheels make moving it easy but when you need to go backwards the little wheels sink under the weight of the machine. Not an issue just letting others know. It's quiet enough to continue work within disruption and is definitely working on pulling the moisture out.

First of all this machine is nice and big. You will need 2 people to set it up, but after it is setup the machine has the most free turning wheels it glides. Having bigger back wheels was a great idea. This replaces a smaller older machine. I love the small hose for the water vs the old hose style machines. Hoses are ugly no mater how you do it. But the performance of this machine is unmachable. Love the look also. I have yet to see how energy efficient it is, but it doesn't stay on as long as the old unit. I do love that it is quiet. Definitely keeps perfect humidity and I love the fact it has a temperature reading.

I previously bought a smaller one that couldn’t keep up, but this unit is a game-changer. It’s perfect for large areas like basements and warehouses, and it keeps humidity levels well under control. The pump and drain hose make it super convenient to set up and use, and I love the auto-defrost feature for continuous operation. It’s heavy-duty and built to last, handling even tough conditions with ease.

It never worked when it arrived. The coils did not feel cold and the compressor was not warm. I don’t think it was charged correctly. If it had been I am sure it would have worked okay. I had to send it back due to flooded basement and no time to charge it myself.

This large new Pioneer XIII is a very solid, impressive unit with great features and high capacity. I have previously purchased two Moiswell Defender M145 units that continue to perform strongly after 18 months so purchasing another Moiswell unit was a clear decision. After initial set up it runs and cycles smoothly and quietly. I fully expect that this portable and larger capacity unit will perform well. The warranty period is very good and Moiswell customer service is fast to respond to questions.

Started right up when I plugged it in. Going to be great for keeping a storage container dry.

My basement flooded, i used two smaller Humidifiers (3000 sq foot) for a few days and my humidity stayed around 72%, in less than 24 hours using this humidifier i brought it down to 40%, i have this draining into the sump pump, so there is no dumping the tank and the other two are not even filling up anymore. Yesterday the other two only took about an inch all day.

I find this very useful. Easy to move around, the inbuilt pump system is very convenient and the build quality is fantastic. Solid capacity, and great value for money.
