Excellent product and great value for the price.

I used this little heater all winter to heat my home, a 36’ travel trailer. I love it! I added a fuel filter and removed top cover so that I can keep a check on the fuel lines. I ran it inside with the exhaust running outside. I estimate it used about 50-60 gallons of diesel all winter. I plan to use it again next winter. I’m very very happy with it

BUYER BEWARE!!!! At first i liked the heater. It worked well for the first 2 weeks then i started having issues with it failing to start..The operating manual is completely worthless trying to diagnose the issues and besides there is no customer support whatsoever.. I tore the heat exchanger apart 3 times thinking it was "sooted" up and cleaned it thoroughly. Still had the same issues. The heater blew black soot all over the place causing a HUGE mess. Well low and behold you can not return a diesel heater due to hazmat regulations. I contacted the seller and ask for either a replacement or a refund and they agreed to a refund but i haven't heard or seen a refund yet and that was almost 2 weeks ago. Amazon also has denied my refund also at this point stating i haven't supplied sufficient evidence of it failing.(What more do they want?) All i ask for is either a replacement or my $203.00 back. I believe that the seller should stand behind their product and Amazon should do better at handling these situations as well as there is no customer support..BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

This heater works great.

Very simple to use even though the manual isn't much help. Good thing you can find videos on YouTube. I live in North Florida so doesn't stay super cold but I ran out of firewood and this showed up a week before the cold weather and I was pleasantly surprised as to how warm this heater kept us. Was definitely what I needed. It's small enough to put on a shelf when not needed and by using dryer ducting you can place it in an out of the way place and have heat piped to ya. I ran the exhaust out the window in another dryer duct that I used aluminum ducting tape to seal on the inside to keep the exhaust and cold air outside. I purchased a 2nd one just in case it gets super cold. I am super happy with my heater and it's way cheaper and less hazardous than other kerosene.

The media could not be loaded. This thing just works. I've been running it nearly non-stop for the past month in my 2-stall, fairly well-insulated garage and it's kept it warm and more importantly, DRY!!! I run 2 C02 detectors in my garage and they've never flinched. Little to zero smell of diesel--anywhere--inside or outside. Seems to burn efficiently/fully.Cheap in cost, yet fairly well built. Quiet operation at lower speeds, fuel pump DOES click once and a while, but usually it's only when you're adjusting the level. If you set it to 3 or 4 (out of 10)--it'll sip fuel for a couple days without needing to add diesel. Runs fine on kerosene as well.My only gripe is I can't find a place to purchase off-road diesel, but that's not the heater's problem :)Remote works perfect. I have nothing bad to say about this unit. Purchase with confidence.Update: see video--the unit basically flooded itself out and was a real pain to get it working again. Would be nice if there was a "burn out" setting to basically regen itself and break up the soot. Dropping to 4 stars as build quality has been so-so. The LCD frame snapped easily just rotating it, and the LCD itself isn't great in the cold, could be brighter--really hard to see in the day. Muffler does nothing.

Really helped with my greenhouse

I took the cover off the unit before starting, as other reviews recommended. Found the fuel line from the tank to the pump was missing a clamp at one end.Second issue: I set up the unit in my garage and found the AC adapter doesn't stay connected at the unit--just the mildest shift and it comes loose and cuts power to the unit.Third issue: I started the unit, and apparently I got the noisy one. Major ticking from the fuel pump AND a loud howl sound at lower power settings. The howl seems to quiet around P-5 and the ticking quiets above P-7. Let the unit run for over an hour and turned settings back down and both the tick and howl returned. I felt around the outlet pipe at the unit and there's exhaust air pressure coming from the vents in the cover at the outlet. Seems there's an exhaust leak internally, and that's most likely where the howl is coming from.So apparently I got the poorly assembled unit that didn't get the quiet fuel pump, has an exhaust leak, and a poor fitting AC adapter. This unit is going back--I'll try to see if I get luckier on the next one.
