They gave us a new phone and let me return my phone from my door step. UPS came the next day. This phone doesn't have any issues and my son is very pleased.

This is exactly as pictured - it's super cute and fun for a little kid just learning/getting into technology as obviously not near the functions of a real phone. I think my only downside on it was that it was smaller than I was anticipating it to be. The case is super cute and it's fun that it takes photos. I think it could easily be a fun gift for a kid as it definitely a cute little toy. Battery lasts a decent amount of time and it's a relatively good price point. Overall, happy with it, just wish it was maybe slightly larger.

The phone received, very cute, very like, children love to put down, but did not bring their own music, have to download their own, my family is a little trouble
