Really great water meter.
So far this works really well monitoring the water used at our cabin. It works great on high and low water flows. Highly recommend. Just pipe goop the connections well for a good seal.

Works as expected
Works as expected. Instructions were broken English but acceptable for the price.

it works
This has been even better than I hoped

Sturdy, industrial strength flow meter.
Bought this for use as a flow meter for percolation tests. It turns on, screws easily into my setup, it reads total gallons, gallons per batch and current flow, it turns on easily, seems accurate enough. Numbers are easy to see.NPT thread is easy to find, and to find adaptors for if you need it, it turns off after a while of not being used to save battery, but turns back on at the touch of a button.

Calibration issue but worked fine before
Will update this review once I get some assistance calibration is stated in instructions but is very minimal explanation. I did the calibration and not it won't show flow at all is there a video for this ?

Great little flow meter & totalizer
This item is everything I was hoping it would be, and more!I've been looking for a good meter for my fuel farm - Gas, Red Fuel and Road Diesel - and this appears to be fitting the bill, so far. About a year or two ago, I bought what I thought was going to be a great meter. It was made by the same company as my pumps (F&$-Rite) and even though it was significantly higher in price, by 4-6X, I justified the price for better tracking the property fuel consumption. Boy was I Wrong, and unfortunately, the return window had lapsed before I had it installed. Ouch! I'm not going to bash that meter again here, you can look it up if you're curious. On to this little flow meter. It's a small, but mighty meter. It will show total per fill, total since reset and grand total. Just what a field fuel farm needs - it also will switch between Gal, Liters, Quarts, Pints and Meter3 - too many choices for me. My fuel farm is fairly small so I only buy ~300 gals of each at a time (Gas, Red Fuel & Road Diesel) which will last me 6-8 weeks during the spring & summer months. It might seem strange to some for me to want to know where this small amount of fuel is going, but it let's me see if something is wrong with the equipment. Sudden increase of fuel consumption for same # of hours could mean something is amiss.Several things to note about this meter. First, it's a 3/4 inch NPT in and out meter. They do make a 1 inch which I already have on my red fuel. My pumps for road diesel & gas are 3/4 inch, so that's why I picked this one up. Simple installation. Unscrew either the nozzle or the filter end of the hose, screw the meter on the hose - make sure you use some good, yellow pipe tape (Yellow is for gas/fuel) or equivalent pipe dope before screwing the meter in. Turn on the unit by pressing the display button (BTW, the unit turns off or goes to sleep after a period of inactivity so the battery doesn't go bad so fast. The first time you turn it on, you will need to set the parameters you want the meter to have. After these are set, start filling. At the end of the fill, note the amount. I did NOT have to go through the calibration function because the meter was close enough right out of the box. This meter will work from about 2.5 gpm to 26 gpm which will work in my case. Consider this, before you buy. Even on a "slow" pour, I normally exceed 3 gpm when filling up.My first use was on the road diesel line, where I put ~30 Gal in my 1 ton. I tried to make the meter NOT work by slowing down the flow by about 1/2. The meter kept right on tracking. I currently have it on my gas line and I still didn't need to calibrate.I haven't yet looked at how to change the battery, but the instructions made it sound very easy. Setting the units is quite easy too. Simply press the 2 buttons for ~3 secs and a menu comes up that really is very easy to follow.I Do recommend this product! If something goes really wrong, I will update this review.Hope this helps!

Great fuel/fluid flow and volume meter.
Nice unit. Solid feel and quality materials. Mine was calibrated spot-on right out of the box, measured over five gallons. The instructions to recalibrate seem straightforward if you ever needed it.You can select a variety of units - gal, liters, cubic meters… and surprisingly, quarts and pints. Even weirder, you can select KG. Weird, because it doesn’t know what fluid you’re pumping. I suppose you have to calibrate the KG to whatever you’re using. It has an accumulated volume per fill, which you can zero out with a key press. It has a total volume counter, that grows across many fill ups. This total is resettable with a 5-second keypress.Annoyingly, there is no non-resettable lifetime counter. Without that feature, you can’t have full accountability of your fuel. I’m tempted to take away a star for that oversight that would have been so easy to implement in the software. But…this is not intended to be a retail/certified dispenser, so much as a meter for a personal-use pump, so that shortcoming is not too bad.It is not heavy, but does add a bit of weight if you install it on the nozzle. I think that’s worth the heft so you can monitor the flow easily and safely while pumping. If you mount it on the tank/pump and the hose reaches more than a few feet away, you’d likely have a hard time reading it.
