In the picture you can clearly see that there is a smaller hat for the child “mini”. However, all the hats I received were the same size. My baby is an infant and clearly won’t be able to fit in it for a while. I will be returning this item. The other two hats were nice.

Picture shows the mini being MINI. But the mini hat is the same size as the others. Boooooo
