Original order came in damaged but was replaced immediately without any hassles. I’m now a life time customer of Rough Country for sure. Highly recommend Rough Country 😎

Too narrow
The steps are not wide enough for a large foot, apparently they are for women only.

Nice steps
The steps are nice and arrived on time....but...... came missing instructions and missing one bracket. 4 star rating due to the quality control, However I called rough country customer service and they FedEx overnight me the missing bracket which was 5 star customer service as most companies would just blow u off if you sourced an item from Amazon. I was able to mount them despite missing one bracket and I will finish the job when it gets here.
