Close coupled BTW toilet.
Arrived when stated. Looks good and works as expected on the lower flush, less so on the second. I would say that the noise reduction is not noticeable, in fact it's louder than my bathroom toilet.

Comfort height toilet
What a great buy it looks great, fantastic in use. The extra seat height makes a great deal of difference to ease my back and hip problems. Incredibly quiet when cistern fills. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Excellent quality, easy to fit!!Definitely recommend this!!Only issue the seat doesn’t always stay up, but other than that all good!!

Quality toilet at a good price
Like all back-to-wall toilets it's a bit tricky to install if you are replacing a toilet, as all the pipe connections are concealed and your existing water inlet might not be in the right place. You will have to use a flexi-tube to connect the water supply, position the isolating valve somewhere convenient and make sure all seals are good before you push it into place. The unit is very solid and well-finished with a strong, slow-close seat and powerful flush. It looks very classy and would finish off a high-end bathroom upgrade nicely. Sorrento Bathrooms were very helpful.

Definitely recommend this toilet!
Absolutely love this toilet. It is low noise but good flush. Looks really good. I read reviews that some people had issues fitting it,but we did not. Was straight forward. Really worth it.

Solid construction, but toilet seat 1" short
Wanted a toilet that fits back-to-wall, and this certainly does. Fitted together easily enough, although quite heavy, and feels very sturdy once screen down using the included fittings. One star deducted as the soft close toilet seat provided does not sit flush with the edge of the front of the toilet, as it is shown in the product photos. With the seat hinges maxed as far forward as possible, the seat is still 1" short of the toilet front.
