Useful product
Have used several times. Easy to use. Value for money.Easy to carry.

Good product. But the chain frequently get loose
Nice product for garden purpose. Quick cutting ability. But the chain that came along with the machine got loose very early after little use. I purchased new chain which I got quite quick,and the response from the call center was good, is somewhat ok but again chain is getting loose too frequently.

Chain is not strong
Every cut u need to tighten the chain and chain quality is of very poor ,extra chain costs u 470 rs which is only avilable wit i bell customer care ,they atleast provide chain on online platforms,except that it is a very good product cuts smoothly .

The media could not be loaded. Machine Oil not included.Battery life - 40 min approx for continuous usePrice is little high.Ibell Customer service is good.Not sure about the warranty service.Recommended for budget mini chainsaw.Installation instructions are not clear.

Good Powertool
Easy to use. Assembly is also very quick and a no brainer. The blades are sharp and with suitable rpm for easy and hassle free use. Great for general use. Use good quality oil for longevity. Throughly Satisfied with the product.
