Great healthy pancakes
Always looking for gluten free food for the wife. Found this one while looking at some other Birch Bender items that i wasn't able to find at our local store. Decided to give them a try. The purple mix is different, but great eating. Pancakes fluffed up really well. Will definitely purchase these again when we are out. They were easy to make, just add water. Texture and quality of the pancakes were good. We'll be trying it as a waffle mix as well.

Best mochi love
Leave the batter a little thin and don’t mind if it gets crispy - this is vegan and one of the most delicious foods ever! Gah, hit it up with oat milk whipped cream or fruit or syrup- incredible!

super easy to use and tasty
This is a really tasty gluten-free option! I've gone through so many blah gluten-free pancake mixes. This one doesn't taste identical to how 'typical' pancakes taste, but my kids love the mochi flavor and its always a hit at breakfast. Super easy to use and tasty.

OK but not for me.
I wasn’t a big fan of the flavor. It looked pretty, but it didn’t taste as good as it looked. It was kind of unflavored tasting. I will not buy it again made for someone else might’ve been OK, but it wasn’t what I was looking for.

Sweeter Than Birthday Confetti Mix!
Shocked at high rating of this item. Similar to another reviewer this was WAY TOO SWEET. Felt like you were eating pure sugar. Have had other Birch Benders mixes before such as the pumpkin one, and even the birthday confetti. This was a huge disappointment. Had the most incredible ube pancakes on a trip to San Diego once and was trying to recapture the magic. Anyway, massive fail!
