I am giving a 5 star after using the product.Why ?My need was a handsfree bluetooth calling system, while driving or doing some other works when my hands remain busy.So, it fulfilled my need acurately.1. There is clarity in the sound through the earpiece.2. Mic is reasonable strong to capture my voice and the one on the other side is able to hear my voice clearly.3. Bluetooth connection is a bliss... It connects instantly with mobile (in my case.. tested with motorola, vivo, techno and MI) as soon as you switched it on.4. The quality of the plastic parts is good and non allergic to the skin.5. The whole unit is sturdy and supports a rough and tough usage.Why I have said to identify your need...If you want to hear excellent quality of music or require lag free gaming sound, this is not the correct item and you may get disheartened.This is purely for calls, online conference, virtual meetings and basic viewing of youtube and fb reels.

Comfortable for ear, nice sound quality, battery backup very good. Looking stylish, Over all excellent performance.

I bought this with a lot of scepticism. The packaging box is terrible design and felt very cheap.However the quality is really good. Sound volume is nice. Clarity is good and clear. No external noise. Microphone seems to be extremely sensitive and picks up sound well. Avoid using in noisy places as it picks up sound quite a bit.Battery lasts very very long. Not suitable for hifi music as this is not built for that... Use for phone calls onlyI use it to watch YouTube videos and seems quite satisfactory though.Power button greatly useful for saving battery.Range is quite reasonable at 5 - 8 meters from phone. Haven't tried greater distances but could be more I don't know.Only Con: No volume button.

Not working as expected, I bought this product to attend teams call. But the opposite side say voice is not audible. So I am using neck band now..The product look like used one.. let's try for return
