Very skeptical at first. I have been experiencing low back and bilateral hip pain for a few months now. I am a side sleeper and like to prop up my leg. Initially I thought it was my mattress, but I decided to buy this pillow. Game changer. First night was off cause it forces you to sleep on your back. You can sleep on your side, but for me it didn't feel as comfortable. I woke up the next day with no pain. I have had it for a week and wanted to wait to post this review. I have been waking up pain free every day since I purchased it. Highly recommend!

After months of searching and multiple purchases trying to find a solution to my sore neck and shoulders every morning, someone recommended this pillow.I’ll admit, I looked at the picture and wondered, but at that point I was desperate relief and a good night’s sleep.They’re 100% honest in the description, it takes a few days to get used to but after that, IT’S PERFECT!!My pain went away, I sleep so comfortably now and I couldn’t be happier with this pillow. I used to think only two pillows could do, but just one of these gives me a great nights sleep every night.Soft but not too soft, retains its shape, very breathable and great whether you’re a side or back sleeper. I can’t recommend this one enough.

So far so good!!! My husband loves it and has been able to sleep on his side and has not complained of neck pain. It has even curved his snoring when he sleeps on his back. I found that I’ve gotten more and uninterrupted, deeper sleep. I don’t have to constantly toss and turn in order to find a comfortable spot. I’m very happy!!!

This pillow was recommended to me by a friend who is a nurse. She told me she's had great success with it. I was skeptical because I've tried many different pillows in the last 10 years since my neck surgery, and this is the first pillow that helps keep my neck in place while I sleep. I don't wake up in pain any more which is a huge miracle! The instructions say that it can take 3-5 days to get used to it, and they're right. The first two nights were a bit uncomfortable so I slept on my old pillow the next two nights. Then I realized my neck was doing worse....so I gave it a try for three more nights and never looked back! It's so comfortable now and I can't sleep on anything else. Sent this as a gift to my sister who has also had neck surgeries and chronic pain and she can't believe the difference.

I never make a review on items I get because I’m very skeptical, but this pillow has been a blessing to me. I have had neck and shoulder pain for last few years and I have already had one neck surgery, I refuse to cut on my neck again. I also did therapy which helped but also made it worse. I have read the reviews and thought what it could hurt, so I purchased this pillow. I’m a month into using this pillow when I sleep and for the first time in a long time I don’t hurt in my neck and shoulders and I’m not drowning myself in bio freeze or lidocaine or anything else. Like I said I don’t do reviews but this product sold me and if you have neck pain and shoulder recommend trying it out I fully believe you will not be disappointed. No im not getting paid or anything to post this review it’s my honest opinion about this pillow and how it has helped with the pain and I sleep much better. So far so good, I'm loving it, a very reasonable price point, the memory foam isn't too stiff but not too soft, both sides are great for different positions, I'm really enjoying it. I've tried about 5 different pillows brands now. But never this style. This one seems to be more ergonomic for what I need. I'm glad I finally tried butterfly style pillows. Who ever invented the ergonomics of these style of pillows is a genius. This amazon seller sells a different name on an already great design so just give it a shot. Great price for less pain!

The pillow is too low down on the bed for me. It needs to be a bit thicker with the foam. I had to use foam out of 2 decorative pillows just to raise it higher. And then I used a standard pillow case and placed it all inside. Don’t buy those pillow cases offered on Amazon especially for these pillows. A standard pillow case works just fine. Now I have the height I need and like when sleeping. The pillow does work! No neck, no back, no shoulder pain in the morning. I bought it on a limited sale offer. And yes, when you take it out of the box and open the vacuum seal, it does have an odor. I just let it air out for 2 days and the pillow case helps. You might want to double up and use 2 pillow cases for the smell and to keep it clean. I know it’s going to be tough taking out the foam of the actual pillow to wash its cover and get the foam back in. It’s a toss up on buying it. Remember if you like thicker pillows be prepared to take/buy something to put underneath the pillow inside the pillow case.

This is the best of three pillows I have purchased for shoulder relief! I am relieved to find one adjustable and not too hard or soft. The only downside is the high price.
