Product Construction
This is a plain Indian version of Sriracha Green chilly Sauce of Thailand. You take vinegar, crushed Green chilly in form of paste and water. Mix well, and you have green chilly sauce. But Taste? 10 times worst than original. That is what this product is all about but in 30 rupees you can not get any better.(15 days Later) After using it for couple of time I have come to a conclusion that this product can only increase sour taste of the dish, you will still miss that Umami taste!
