These noodles are really pretty to look at, with a transparent glass crystal look. I did think that it might not have the best texture or maybe taste a little off but my worries were not founded. Cooking these noodles with some broth resulted in a really satisfying meal. The noodles have nice texture and don't taste weird at all. They taste like regular noodles to me which is somewhat surprising. This is a great option if you're looking for something a little different from regular noodles.

I’ve always referred to this kind of noodle as a glass noodle.Whatever you call it, it is so wonderful in the right setting.This particular brand is very nice quality, and good value.I typically add them to a nice hot pot or broth type soup. The texture is excellent.I’ve also added them to salads with great results. They added very unexpected edge, but delicious all the same.
