Bought eufy three years back. Just amazing like a baby from one month eufy is going to complete his third birthday . Cleans well. Suction power is definitely good. Takes good amount of dust. My house is definitely cleaner than maid cleaning. Especially during these pandemic since we can't rely on maids it is helping me a lot lot. Really love it. Bought the standard version. Next planning to buy mapping version for better cleaning. It is helpful to maids too by reducing their work burden especially when it comes to big houses. Importantly please clean the dust pan, filters, brushes etc after each time you use it so that the machine gets a good life time. The dust box can hold lot of dust. As you use and learn about it it will be very easy. One more thing is at first we hesitated to invest in a machine but now I realized that maids are more expensive. We are investing the same amount every year on them. And these machines are far far more efficient, with out doubt. A simple yet efficient robo .

I bought this because I thought without wifi etc it will be simple enough for dad and mom. It is simple enough. But the cleaning part is difficult to aged people. Lot of things to do. Suction is good and it would take dust which you would imagine doesn't exist.Coming to the device itself, I returned it because it wasn't charging after the first charge and use. The light used to go blue showing fully charged but turned yellow as soon as it got down of the charging station and it immediately went back and sat on the station to charge again. This after 6 - 7 hours of continuous charging.

In one sentence, a very good low budget robovac! I was a bit confused between roomba and this one. Finally decided to go with this, after doing some research in youtube, because of its better battery life, suction power and noise. Received the 'pet' edition. For an unknown brand, the quality is amazing- it has to be seen to be believed. Quality and attention to detail is evident from the tiny parts that make up this machine, to the packaging. I would venture to say, quality wise it's better than some of the branded stuff out there. One extra set of rotary brushes and filters comes along with the box. Go for it, if you do not want to shell out an additional 10k for a branded product.Pros: Quality, Reasonable pricing, Wifi scheduling with its own app, dedicated remote also given. Decent cleaning power.Cons: For a larger house, on pressing the home button, finding its way back to the base station can take quite some time. When done, I just lift it and keep it back at the base station. Service network is an unknown at the moment.

Suction power is very good, cleaning is also ok but not so good with single sweeper brush ,but this model has very few operational flexibility options.When WiFi fails, this unit is dead. No manual mode cleaning. Manually this unit can not be driven from one location to another location. You have to literally lift it with hands like baby and place in another room. This defeats the basic Robotic purpose.Also, movement is very slow.Overall, after using prrevious models Robovac 11S, this G50 Hybrid has been very much disappointing and hence returned.

Was using g10 from last 2 years and was very useful and yesterday received this g50 and very much happy on this upgrade and used yesterday and yielded good results and now only worried about parts like brush mob pad battery also docker is tightly coupled with charger

Stopped water dispensing,Won’t mop properly.Carry and spread dust.There is no customer support, and number which they have given in app won’t work.They have contacted me for product replacement, but amazon offered full refund and returned the product.

Very bad experience, used product sent and it is not working. Want replacement. Hope at least the replaced product is fresh and working.Disappointed so much
