Premium quality, reasonable price
Just got my premium dragon well tea, tried it and it was fantastic. It is high quality tea. I have been drinking dragon well for about 10 years, it is my favorite green tea. I used to go to Hong Kong frequently and bought the best dragon well from a reputable big store there. It was very good but was probably of a quality and price that appeals to a bigger customer base. This tea I bought from Amazon is of a better quality and also more expensive, but judged not excessive. I’m happy with the purchase. I’ll definitely buy again.

Decent Long Jing tea from Hangzhou
Package arrived in 10 days, shipping directly from Hangzhou, China, home of Long Jing (dragon well) green tea.Being a long time tea lover, Long Jing is always my favorite green tea. JQ’s first grade has a refreshing taste, with a fresh and mellow fragrance. The tea liquid is lovely pale bright greenish-gold color.Long Jing is the best known green tea from China. There are hundreds of producers in original production locations in Hangzhou. Although I have been drinking Long Jing for decades, it’s very hard for me to distinguish the location labels (Xihu or Shi Feng)from a glass of brew. My judge for JQ’s Long Jing tea is authentic Long Jing taste, while it’s not the best grade that I had in my experiences. It’s not the most affordable Long Jing on Amazon. You get what you pay for. To me, as long as the taste justifies the price, it’s fair.Since Long Jing tea is made of tender tea buds and leaves, it is not suitable for using boiling hot water. I will let the boiled water cool down for several minutes, and then pour it in the glass. The proper temperature is 85°C- 90°C( 185℉ to 194°F).Like other green teas, Long Jing tea is best harvested in early spring. I normally purchase a few canisters of Long Jing in the first half of year and store them in cold places away from sunlights and moisture.I’m happy with my purchase. Ordering tea online is a big challenge because you don’t know what you can get. The seller is very responsible when I have questions to ask. Shipment from Hangzhou arrived in 10 days in west coast which is acceptable. I hope the quality from JQ stays consistent and they will have a customer for life.

Organic Long Jing (Dragon Well) tea - good leaf colors & flavor
I come from a tea-drinking family. My dad used to drink tea from the moment he woke up to bringing a cup of tea with him to keep by his bedside at night. I used to get great green tea from him. Now that he’s gone, I have to find my own tea. This Long Jing tea, also called Deagon Well tea in Chinese, is an organic green tea and is hand fried to a precise delicacy. Xihu is the place in China that is famous for producing this tea. I am so glad to be able to find this tea on Amazon. I researched how to differentiate the differences between the different Long Jing teas (green color leaves with some yellow) and the way it is fried by hand. This tea matches with all the descriptions of a good Long Jing tea. I don’t drink with sugar and it has a similar taste to the tea my dad’s tea. I would recommend this tea.The Long Jing tea should be stored in an air-tight container.

First time try this type of green tea, and I would love to recommend to give a try!
For a green tea lover, I would say I like this tea. It carries a lighter aroma than the other green tea I have, but it does give a fresh green tea leafs smell. Tea itself tastes like other good green tea I have, and aftertaste of this tea does give the watering in the mouth, which is a very important feature for a lot of Chinese tea to determine if this tea is a good tea or not. Since this tea comes with full straight leafs as picture shows, it cannot be packed like other tea in vacuum bags. Overall, I would say this is a good experience trying this new tea this time, and I would love to recommend people give this a try.

Divine tea
This is divine tea. As expected, you can see the tea leaves are dried folded, and you can tell this work was hand-done. It is impressive. The packaging is very sturdy and high quality as well. I feel the tea is secure and will not fade in flavor or aroma in the packaging. The tea itself has a very light body with very subtle grassy notes. Tasted when sweetened, the grassiness fades into something very delicate and light on the tongue. It is delightful, and this is not even the top grade. I'm excited to try more.I suggest brewing it in a full proper tea set from the same province, as the two are made to go together, and are a worthy investment.

It is not worth the money.
I have bought the FullChea Dragon Well (Long Jing) green tea. It is 8 oz package cost $26.65. Then I saw this tea which said is Mingqian tea (means it was harvested before Qungming). Anyone familiar with great team knows that is the best part of tea leave. This tea cost $26.99 for 4.4 oz. It is twice much more Jen the one I bought previously. After tasted , there is not much different between two. The package is poor too. It shipped in a soft bag so the tin is dented both side. The tin is not air seals. After open the tea bag inside, I have to transfer the lease to a container that air sealed. It is not worth it to spend twice much money ti buy this “Ming-Qian” tea.
