I bought this product specially to use during winters. It warms not only towels but other clothes too. Quality of product is great. Size is pretty good. It functions well and very comfortable to use. I like it.

It is a good size and fits at least 3 towels—I like to put my robe and towels in there for after the shower. Great warmth and amazing value for your money. The towel warmer does a great job of getting the towel nice and toasty without being too hot to touch. It has a nice matte black look and the display is great, shows the time in the warmer and the ambient temp inside it, and the colored light bar shows if the warmer is still hot after you're done using it. The size is good for a medium- to large-sized bathroom. The lid and latch mechanism also feels sturdy but the product is lightweight and easy to move. The machine operation with the timer deal is simple and easy to use.

I ordered this for my husband’s birthday. It was a splurge, but he uses it to warm up his clothes before getting dressed. He’s used it every day for 3 months and loved it. However, today it won’t turn on at all. No lights, no heat, nothing. Our return window is closed and the only suggestions the “help” gave was to take it apart and use a multimeter… not my skill set .It was GREAT while it lasted, but not worth the price for how long it lasted.

Fits two large bath towels with ease. Looks sleek, and durable. Heats up quickly. No odd smells. Didn’t come with any aromatherapy disks to go in the slot but you can buy online or make your own with essential oils.

I was very excited about this product. I’ve had it less than 3 months, have you used it maybe 10 times, and in the middle of heating up one evening, it completely died and will not turn back on. I have no way of reaching out to customer support… as there’s no contact info.
