Great replacement
This worked great, and it was easy for me to install. Our last one got damaged when something fell and wedged it at the bottom of the dishwasher. It was so quick and easy to replace the old one.

Works great
Fit my dishwasher perfectly and has improved cleaning performance dramatically over the old cleaning arm that did not have metal to protect the bottom. It is several months old at this point and is still going strong .

Buy authentic parts
I got this because it was a 1 day delivery, and the authentic GE part took a week to get. Purchased both at the same time in case the off-brand didn't work. Glad I did! Pice had loose attachments, rattled, and cheaply made. Tried a load of dishes and they didn't look clean. Hand washed dishes till the new part came in. Genuine part solidly made and doesn't rattle. Installed easily and dishwasher now works. Save yourself the hassle and get genuine parts.

Easy to install
It came quickly and it was super easy to install.

It's tricky
To prolong the utility of these replacements, make sure every trace of food is rinsed off before loading anything into your dishwasher and do not use any high dry setting.

Cleans the dishes
The blade definitely keeps the dishes clean. My only issue is they seem to hit on something during the cleaning. It doesn't cause problems but is noticeable if listening for it.
