This is a good quality Glynac supplement at a very good price compared to some other brands.

Supports the Immune system and is a powerful antioxidant. For supporting Mitochondrial function, combatting oxidative stress and glutathione deficiency, benefits which are impossible to determine!But these are easy to take capsules, with no flavour, and worthwhile if you research the benefits.Glad to have this in my supplement arsenal, and competitively-priced.

I don't see a better gym performance or recovery but it is legit, since I read it should stink like eggs.

Ahh, GlyNAC - one of the eggier-smelling supplements! It always is. It's the sulphur in the NAC wot's to blame, guv.I'm over 50 (though look 20, honest), and so take GlyNAC to help ward off being old. As always, before taking supplements it's important to know what the effects can be - both good and bad - so you can make an informed choice. If you take medications, checking with a GP is important, too, in case there are contra-indications. Assuming all that is done and you want to take GlyNAC, then is this one good?In my opinion, yes. At time of writing they're under £4.50 per month at the recommended dose (2 capsules per day). Looking around Amazon, there are few options at this price point, though many that are far dearer. They're well packaged, have a good expiry date and are easy to take.Recommended (unless the price shoots up!)
