My product has stopped working. When I go to website it tells me to do it through Amazon. Had the cap a few months. Lights no longer come on.

Charged for 2 hours as per the instructions. It worked for 3 x 10 minute cycles.I've give two stars rather than one as the item appears to be promising, cap was comfortable considering you have lights above your head, instructions are clear, I assumed I'd feel the heat from the lights but I didn't.Sadly it did not work the 4th time I tried it. I charged it for another 2 hours using the cable provided. Still did not work. Charged for another 2 hours with a different cable (as per the instructions) still did not work.I will buy another but I have to decide if I buy a cheaper version and "expect" it to be hit and miss or buy a more expensive version and hopefully guarantee it working....

I know this is a budget version of others out there, but steel I feel a little short changed.Charging, as mentioned rather a few times on the reviews it doesn’t seem to charge after a few uses. I think this is more the charging port design. It’s not great. It’ll still charge if you put it in the port, however it’s very easy to miss and not realise. This is because it’s flexible and surrounded by soft plastic. It would have been better in a small abs plastic strip, it’s not touching your head.I’d rather it wasn’t on a timer and just ran until battery drained or I chose to switch it off. At least put a beep on it to signify it’s stopped. Taking the timer off will lower the pcb costs.It doesn’t seem as bright as other devices, although poorly demonstrated in my pic. That ‘comb’ is a lot brighter, more laser than led.In total it’s last around 30min on one charge. This is perfectly understandable to keep the battery comfortable.Part is loose inside the generic cap, so it moves around. Would have been better stitched in, but they saved a process by not stitching it, therefore making it cheaper for the consumer.

Very similar experience to others here. After 3 uses, the light apparently failed to recharge using multiple leads and outlets. So is effectively useless. The Item should be ok if it works but it's quite cheaply made and the charging socket needs to be much more robust. This product needs an improved redesign to prevent returns like mine.
