This item was super easy to put together and fold up for a convenient way to store it when not in use or traveling with it yes. The cushion is soft yet firm enough to support whatever work out you are doing and the grips on the bottom make it so it doesn’t slide around at all. I cannot tell the difference between this and the more expensive brands at the gym. All in all five stars.

Hi, I generally do not leave reviews but I genuinely like this product. It came packed very nicely and it’s lite. The super nice thing was the assembly, the bolts were packaged in individual bags with step numbers on them, not just a bag-o-bolts. Instructions were clear, a wrench and allen key were included making it a breeze to put together, oh and the price was great, I couldn’t get a used bench for the price.

Not perfectly sturdy, but it does the job just fine. Very high quality for the price. Love it!

What a very nice bench. The assembly is very easy. The screws for each step in the assembly are in separate bags. That alone saved me a lot of time assembling this bench.

I'm not a fitness buff. I'm a skinny, somewhat flabby, 5'10", 150lb ~40yo woman trying to get herself to exercise more. Please keep that in mind for this review.Assembly for this was frustrating, but not necessarily difficult. There's a step where I ended up having to slide washers between already-assembled pieces while sliding a bolt through. That was awkward. There's also a step that I had to redo because the instructions didn't specify where to put the strap when attaching the seat cushions. You want it on the underside/outside so that you can more easily lift it when the bench is folded. The instructions don't indicate this, and I had accidentally trapped it on the wrong side. It was easy to fix, but annoying.I was able to complete assembly without additional hardware, and they even include a cute little zipper "TOOLKIT pouch" for holding things. I also appreciate that the bags holding the equipment pieces separate were type 4, which I can recycle with grocery bags.It is easy enough to use once assembled. The different heights of the bench let me do crunches at a level that's comfortable, which is nice. I can use resistance bands around the leg anchors to give me "weights" to lift. My 9yo son also enjoys the machine, though I've let him know that whether or not he gets to keep access to it depends on how well he respects it as equipment. The equipment feels plenty stable when I'm on it. I'm able to easily change the height of the back when desired, but it's not slipping out of place by accident while in use. Though being additional furniture is not its intended purpose, I do appreciate that it doubles as an extra bench or chair for sitting in my living room. I find it reasonably comfortable to use.Folding it leaves you with less bulk for storage, but it's not exactly flat. I wouldn't expect it to fit under most bed frames unless they're designed for notable underbed storage. You would also need some way to track where you keep the 3 pins you remove to collapse it. They could go in the toolkit bag, but I think I'd be looking for something I could tie to the machine itself.It's not a bad weight bench for beginners, but don't expect it to be very flat when collapsed.

It was delivered quickly and easy to assemble. It's easy to fold away in a small space and easy to adjust for different exercises. Sturdy but the cushions aren't very soft. Would be more comfortable with more cushioning.
