I've been using this amazing product for quite some time now, and I must say I'm absolutely in love with it. It's very user-friendly and makes perfect sandwiches and grilled meals. It’s super easy to clean and, it heats up quickly, and the temperature control adds convenience, allowing you to prepare a variety of meals in one go.

The 2 main reasons I bought this is:1. It complements our kitchen's theme of "steel" look.2. Chef Sanjeev Kapoor's personal endorsement of this product.I must say that it does look very elegant on the kitchen counter.However the professionalism presented by Chef Sanjeev Kapoor does not reflect in this product - more on this a bit later, but let me give some product specifications not found in the "Product Description":The griller area easily accommodates 4 normal or large size bread slices (please refer to the attached 1st pic below).Giller area is 24cms wide.Griller area is 22cms deep.Height (with handle, when closed) is 12.5 cms.It occupies a minimum of 36 cms x 30 cms counter space (and 37.5 cms height when the top lid is open).I grilled a 3 inch high burger and it grills well without any issues.It has a regular round 3 pin, 5amp plug (black color) - griller works even on our complex generator, during power cuts.The power cord length is 100 cms (1 Meter)The adjustable hinge is excellent - allows the lid to perfectly sit on taller club sandwiches without making the top slice get pushed out of place.Being able to use both sides of the griller is a nice addition for some rare occasions.The inner part of the handle is of poor quality with unevenly moulded sharp steel, which can cut your fingers, if not handled carefully (refer to the attached 2nd pic).Did not receive user manual and Recipe booklet. Contacted Wonderchef customer service, who were unhelpful - they asked me to contact Amazon customer service. Unfortunately, Amazon customer service rep was down right pathetic. After spending 17 minutes on the phone talking to the amazon rep, it was clear that the rep had absolutely no clue whatsoever about how to help - it was a complete waste of time - at one point the rep even claimed that the recipe booklet and user manual are not part of the product - I had to patiently explain to the Amazon rep that it is clearly mentioned in the Product Description and literally guide her to where (and in which line) it is clearly mentioned.Did not expect such unprofessional service (both from Wonderchef & Amazon), lack of contents (user manual & recipe booklet) and poor quality steel (only the handle) from a product personally endorsed by Sanjeev Kapoor with a premium price.But having said that, the steel used on the lid is of excellent quality and the actual grilling area is also very good.

This is an excellent sandwich maker, which has made my kitchen very easy, it cooks very well in it, it is nonstick due to which it is very easy to use, apart from this every other function is very amazing, you can buy it without a second thought, this is a value for money sandwich maker

Very worst product

looks are also good,heating is adequate to make crisp sandwiches.Go for it.Very satisfied with the product. pretty easy to clean just need to wipe with a cloth. It perfectly grills the sandwich ,temperature nob is working perfectly both max and min condition.you can surely go for it.

Does work great. The build quality is not good. The bread takes longer to show up toasted lines. Have not used it yet for barbeque.

I have tried to make the grilled sandwich on this and it is like easy to use and work well with good quality of grilled on both surface.It is easy to clean the surface after work.Cord length is also suitable as it can easy reached to the socket from the kitchen surface.

It is perfect for grilling. At the highest setting, the food grills fast and comes out well made. I've made sandwiches of varied heights, burgers and kulchas on it and not once has it disappointed.A few flaws may be that the heat dial is too slippery to rotate if you have oil on your hands. A groove or something would have been appreciated. Also, loud clicking sounds can be heard when it heats up or cools down. However this has not in any way affected the product's ability to produce tasty grilled food.Its surface is non stick and very easy to clean. Its size is large enough to make 4 sandwiches at once.I do not know about after sales service since no need for it has come yet.Bottom line, definitely recommendable.
