I never write reviews but when a product is amazing I will for sure take time out of my day and write one. I've been really wanting to loose weight for the past 2 in a half years and just couldn't I loved fast food way to much finally after seeing this product and reading the reviews I decided what the heck it wouldn't hurt to try and let me say I'm so glad I did. This product is amazing I take 2 in the morning a hour before meals and drink down two 8 ounces of water and when its time to eat I do feel full faster before I had no control. Its not a magic pill you do have to put some work you just can't keep eating junk food/fatning foods and keep just sitting/laying around and think this pill will take care of everything. I started taking this product along with eating right like veggies, fish chicken breast chicken and other protein foods along with cutting out all sugary drinks and foods. I completely cut out fast food and fatning foods also tortillas, white bread etc and going to the gym 4-5 a week and I'm already down 5 pounds in just a week. This helps me cut back eating such large portions like I would before and helps me limit myself to eating small portions by making me feel fuller. Glad to say I will be a frequent customer and purchasing this product until I reach my goal and even after I reach my goal my sisters wedding is in April and I'm more then sure that I'll reach my goal of loosing 30 pounds by then. It's an amazing product and definitely works you also have to put work in on your part to see faster results.

I think because this product is called Orlistol, it subliminally makes you think that there is Orlistat in it like Alli use to ( which did work) I'm pretty bummed. Diet pills are a billion dollar industry and really none of them work. I think that the reality is only exercise and a good diet is what is going to work to lose weight and apple cider vinegar does help melt some of the fat, that and drink water all day as much as you can, but these pills are just empty placebo powder. I do testing on diet pills and I haven't found anything that works since Alli's predecessor back in 2007 but Alli doesnot work anymore since they took it off the shelves in 2013, 2 different times due to contamination and now it no longer works either which I suppose is good because of the horrible side effects especially to your liver. I haven't had to pay for these diet pills because of testing them but I have to tell you some of the side effects are horrible so I am no longer going to do this, I just thought that I would give this product a chance and I am sorry to say that it is thumbs down. I often wonder how some of these diet pills can get 4 and 5 stars and the only conclusion that I can come up with is that it is perhaps psychological or "fake" reviews which is not a uncommon practice. Just one more thing, if anyone wants to consider taking a diet pill ALWAYS check it against any prescriptions that you are taking and always check with your doctor, so many people suffered severe and permanent liver damage from the Orlistat. Here's what I know so far:My bottle arrived very quickly and I took it immediately at 10 am. I have a very bad habit of not eating breakfast (coffee only in the mornings) and then I don't eat till about 1 pm for lunch. By then I am usually STARVING and end up over eating or making poor food choices. Today, at lunch time I literally ate half of what I'd typically consume. I paid attention to how much I ate even though I could tell I was hungry but I stopped when I felt satisfied. (that is usually very hard for me to do) Its an hour later and I still feel full and I have no sugar cravings like I typically do in the afternoons. Mind you this was only after taking 1 pill to see how I would do. I may take another before dinner since evening wine/beer can be a downfall for me.I realize a lot of potential customers may be turned off by getting product for 5 star reviews, but I am actually impressed so far. The difference that I feel already is significant. I'll be back in a month after finishing the bottle to share my full results. Fingers crossed that I'll have taken a chunk out of the re-losing those pesky and stubborn last 10-15lbs if not all but gone. Those are the hardest and I hope this will help me move off of this plateau. For those wanting to give this product a try the price is competitive and they offer a 30 day money back, so for me it was worth trying. Stay tuned! ....

Ok, bottle received today. Will give 3 stars until I try it out for a few weeks. I want to comment on some of the negative reviews, as I think the discrepancy here is some consumers think this is an Alli alternative, chemical for chemical. However- it is and it isn't. Alli is a chemical. It suppresses appetite and removes fat from the intestine via absorption and excretion. This product contains chitosan- which does the SAME thing but is natural and derived from shellfish.I have never tried Alli, and as a former female body builder and figure model- I would use chitosan and white kidney bean based supplements to help decrease the fats and carbs in my diet. They are natural and they work. They aren't a magic pill to lose 5 pounds in a few days, but they help with damage control and decreasing a percentage of what you eat in dietary fat and carbs in order to give you a larger caloric deficit when working out and eating properly.For the ingredients listed, i like this product. I'll see how effect it is after a few uses on vacation for damage control.Word of advice : if you want to change your body- exercise. Eat properly. Use supplements as tools and not the end all. Also, drink a TON of water when taking supplements containing chitosan and kidney bean extract (vulgaris), it'll help flush faster.I'll update my star rating after a few weeks. I traditionally used Natrol white kidney bean for carb manipulation- but I found this interesting to use chitosan (traditionally fat blocker) with WKB to block both fat and carbs. The old school of thought was that they counteracted each other...I'll see how it goes!
