Excellent Treadmill for Home Workouts!
I purchased this treadmill, and I am extremely happy with my decision! The build quality is solid, and the motor runs smoothly with minimal noise. The different speed settings and incline options make it perfect for both walking and running. The display is clear, and the preset workout programs are a great bonus. Assembly was easy, and the customer support was very responsive. Overall, a great investment for fitness at home. Highly recommended!

Household Essential
I dont usually review products that often but this one deserves appreciation for its great quality and competitive pricing. I got it for 15k during the dasara sale and got it delivered 2 days later. It's basically an essential for people over 40 years as our sedentary lifestyle needs products like these to keep us fit and healthy. It's around 4.5 to 5ft in length and 2 ft width so it's pretty compact and has a sturdy build quality with a decent design. It's very comfortable and easy to use with multiple preset programs which is a great addition. I believe it's suitable for all age groups. The electricity consumption is one thing I haven't been able to assess as I am yet to receive the bill for this month and we have been using it multiple times everyday. So hopefully it's not too much. Overall it's a great product and a great value addition to your fitness goal.

Buying a treadmill has to be supplemented with a UPS
I have been using this machine for a couple of months now. The machine works ok though I won't advise it for heavy running. Walking performance is fine. But I wanted to address another fundamental issue here regarding treadmills. Anybody who is interested in using treadmills as an exercise equipment and especially people who are a bit elderly and also people with knee issues please take note that the treadmill purchase is not complete without an UPS to provide continuity in the functioning of the treadmill. Otherwise whenever there is power outage which will definitely come to bear once in a while, the treadmill will abruptly stop and this will lead to real damage to the body and the knees in particular. So budget for the UPS also if you are going to buy a treadmill and if you intend to use it seriously. Otherwise there won't be any peace of mind while using the treadmill. Take it from me. I weigh 83 kilos and only walk at 5 km per hour. Lifelong machine is up to the task for that. The UPS will need to be an online one so that the treadmill won't feel the power outage at all. I bought a 2 KV APC UPS and that’s adequate. Gives me time to power down the machine in case of a power outage. The cost is 45K though. But its better than to twist the knee and then get into other medical complications.Updating the review after one year of usage. Buy this treadmill only if you are below 70 years of weight. Never use it for running. It just cannot take the stress. Also never use the machine for more than 30 minutes at a time. The DC motor gets heated and will freeze hurting your knees by suddenly coming to a stop. Even the presence of an online UPS will not protect you if the machine freezes by itself during walking. Other manufacturers mention this but lifelong doesn't. The machine frame is weak. My learnings have been that treadmill for stable use has to be somewhere around 55 to 60 kg of weight for a sturdier frame and longer lasting. Also go for AC machines to take care of the heating problem. There is weakness in servicing obligations from lifelong in the southern states atleast. They have tieups which are not stable. Overall its been a dumb buy considering my weight of around 88 kilos. The machine is cheap so is its performance over a period of time.

Treadmill with desk attachment (LLTM333)
I'm a WFH employee and wanted a treadmill with a desk so that I can complete 10-15k steps while working and for light jogging. For all intents and purposes, this treadmill works well and desk attachment is quite firmly attached while being removable.I was unsure about this product because there were no reviews about this model and even the company website does not have any information about it.The product is foldable and easy to store. However, the handle bar is not very sturdy. So if you put some weight on the side handles, you'll hear creaking and handles will shake slightly. The cord for connection is also not comfortably long unfortunately. There's also the problem of earthing. I've noticed that a few areas of the treadmill run static charges so make sure you are connecting to a properly earthed power point otherwise you may risk getting electrocuted.Although the setup was not difficult, the Company should really list this model on their website with a a few instructional videos. The instructions on the manual were unclear at times. The treadmill is actually 1.2 HP continuous power. It's peak is 2.5 HP. So a bit of false advertising there. The speed can go upto 14 km/h but I won't recommend using it max speed because the treadmill is not sturdy enough to handle that speed. Upto 9 km/hr treadmill works well. There is manual inclination which says 2 levels but I was only able to put it on incline on one level by rotating the wheel base. This is where an instructional video would have been useful. Also, the incline level in percentage would have been helpful to understand the exact calories burned during workouts. The console is okay. I think the calorie tracker in the console is not accurate, especially when you're on incline so I have to rely on my smartwatch. The console also has bluetooth mode which you can either use to play audio or connect to the FITSHOW app. The Fitshow app helps you control your treadmill from the phone and also design your custom workout based on progression you prefer which is a handy feature.Overall, it's a good treadmill but the price they charge is on the higher end just because of the desk attachment. And I wish the walking area was slightly broader and handles were a bit more sturdy.
