Don’t waste your money.
Very “cheap and nasty product” I’m not even convinced that this would be Waterproof if wearing in the rain? Definitely not worth the money. My advice would be NOT to buy but save a bit of money and invest in a more better quality body cam. Very disappointing.

Battery is not its strong point
Unfortunatley, unlike its competitors, the Recall body camera had little to no retention of battery.The camera is a nice camera with CCTV stickers, unfortunately, we have had incidents when the battery just gave up. This meant we had to survive of CCTV or witness statements which doesn't help us.The only reason 2 stars have been given is because it (partially) performs its role of recording & documenting incidents.

Dreadful instructions make using it frustrating and un-useable
The instructions are awful, they have been translated terribly, and make trying to use the camera frustrating in a big way. I have spent two sessions on this thing, trying to figure out navigating the menus and how to use it easily, but it just doesn’t seem to want to behave in a logical way, so much so I have returned it to its box, before I launch it to the far end of the garden. I just don’t like it, the actual camera feels clunky, the menus are hit and miss as I can’t figure out which buttons to use. I am not tech-stupid, and use quite a few other cameras. I will look at it again when I actually have some time to waste, and more patience but until then it gets two stars only.
