Listen: I love ramen - especially with some quality mix-ins, but I don’t always have fresh ingredients on hand. This is where this dehydrated topping mix comes in handy! I used a table spoon and boiled with my Sapporo Ichiban original flavor noodles. The veggies came out tender and flavorful, and added a great extra hit of umami flavor. I also topped with a bit of sesame oil because yum. Highly recommend! This mix not only adds vital nutrients to my ramen, but greatly enhances the flavor.

I'm quite impressed with this product. It contains a variety of dried vegetables that rehydrate perfectly. I really like the amount of cabbage that is included. I am several tablespoons to my ramen noodles and better than bullion asking with garlic, ginger and soy sauce and have a wonderful soup.These guys know what they're doing. It's a big bag, so it will last a while.I highly recommend.

For $20 you think there would be actual veggies in this bag. It’s all tofu and flakes of green. That’s it. Just flakes. Terrible and dissatisfying. Cost way too high.

Man these toppings are so good I just make a topping soup with bouillon. it is so good! I plan on having it delivered regularly, I highly recommend!

A little of what I was expecting dehydrated vegetables and what not but I am willing to try different flavors out next time.
