Used it for 2 days only now till now no issues as A Physiotherapist I really recommend this product for Daily usePost workout, for Relaxation after a long tiring day.Overall a good product battery lasts almost 30-40 mins on continuous use can't ask for more better battery back up would be appreciated.It's ok and value for money, heat function is not so perfect but will do the job for Small injuries, pain relief is good, weight is also ok you can easily manuvere and speed control options are also good

I bought this on march 4 and after working for 20-25 days it stopped working and i have tried really hard to avail warranty but i haven't received any call back or reply from Cult sports. Worst after sales service

The cult toll free number doesn't respond to any calls. I tried both the numbers provided on the service manual. And it's difficult to place a warranty request as well. The product stopped working the 2nd day and i placed a replacement request. I got the replacement,i will use this piece and review after a month.
