It's low profile so it doesn't look bad. It was easy to put together and it is really comfortable!!!! The cushion is nice and holds its shape and is supportive. The base seems sturdy and the wheels are great. I think it is well designed and sturdy enough to hold someone weighing over 250 lbs. No problems or complaints whatsoever. Good value for the money compared to others with similar construction and features. The tilt feature works well for me. I am impressed. The backrest cushion is very comfortable. And it fits well in my space and I am very happy with my purchase. Overall, this chair is a good value for the money and the quality is excellent.

let's start with packaging . thick box everything protected inside. Instead of standard monkey wrench this one had a t-handle plus bolts and small parts in separate egg crate.. install: took 15 min. everything fit perfectly. Material 90% metal , arms was a super thick abs plastic ,arms lifted up/down smoothly, wheels rolled like those roller blade type wheels works on any surface smoothly. padding super think and comfortable. Recommend using mink oil (used on horse saddles ) to prevent cracking and make it last longer . pricing excellent value

Update AGAIN:8/1/24: updating review AGAIN due to 🤩OUTSTANDING🤩customer service.The seller contacted me about my concerns with the lack of cushioning. I was 100% surprised by this because I had not reached out to them at all. They didn’t ask me to change my review or remove it or try to bribe me to do either. They expressed their concern with my dissatisfaction and indicated that they would communicate my detailed concerns to the appropriate people so that they can address the concern with the cushion in future versions. I have been sitting in this chair for 2 months. This is well beyond the return window so I did not expect them to replace the chair. I took a gamble on a product (it had zero reviews when I bought it) and didn’t get exactly what I expected, but I did get something that I can modify to suit my needs by purchasing a cushion. Added thing that I haven’t mentioned in previous reviews: I can recline in this chair. I forgot it reclined and I nearly scared the 💩 out of myself when I leaned back. I don’t typically recline in chairs because they feel unsteady and I normally don’t have a reason to recline when sitting. (I am a big girl at 220+ lbs). However, I recline in this chair without feeling like it’s going to land me on the ground.July 30, 2023☹️👎🏾Updated review: I removed another star due to lack of cushioning in the seat. I sigh I could give 2.5 stars. I wrote my initial review on June 9, 2024. Today is July 30, 2024 (about 2 months later). This chair is still very wide and I still love how roomy it is, but the seat cushion needs a lot more padding. I have a lazy boy office chair that I purchased from SAMS that I spend nearly 6-8 hours in a day for work. It is well padded and after nearly a day of sitting, my backside is fine. After 1-2 hours in this chair, I find myself shifting and squirming trying to sit comfortably. I thought that maybe this would be the case if I sat in any chair after having been seated for so long after work. Nope. On the weekend if I sit down to craft or crochet or watch a movie, I end up squirming too. It’s not padded well as it initially felt. ☹️ I still love the width and the fact that the arms fold up for space, but I’m going to have to invest in a seat cushion if I want to continue to use this chair for more than 2 hours at a time. I crochet for hours at a time and the old chair was unsupportive and uncomfortable.About me:I needed a big and tall chair. I clearly need more of the BIG aspect than I do of the tall since I am 5’2”, a thick girl in her mid 40s, VERY pear shaped (ie. My hips and things normally press right against the inner arm rests of most seats. I have about 2-2.5 inches on either side of me in this seat.👉🏾it is PLUSH. If Iean back, my feet sometimes won’t touch the floor. I wish I could adjust this chair to be more upright or something because when I am sitting upright there is zero contact between my back and the back of the chair. When I lean back I can feel some kind of support but not when I’m upright. I may end up having to purchase lumbar support.👉🏾The texture of the “leather”. My chairs are are all smooth fake leather. This one has a mild amount of texture to it. It is not unbearable, but I will have to get used to it.👉🏾small scratch and dent on one of the feet. This does not look like a factory defect. It looks like something that happened during shipping. The thing was wrapped and padded well, and this padding was the thing that kept it from being more damaged. It was minor and on one of the “feet” of the chair so it’s a minor thing. I was still kinda bummed about it.I will update if my review changes.

I've had this chair for about 2 months and although it does seem to support plus size men the PU leather is not very good quality. I had to replace the wheels already because one cracked so I upgraded to the roller blade wheel style which is much better. The chair seat pad itself is comfortable, unless you sit on it for a few hours and then it looses all comfort and feels like you're sitting on a hard rock. As such I had to buy a separate chair pad to put on the seat so it was more comfortable. The complaint I have about the PU leather so far is in the arms. Both arms have already started to peel after only a couple months. Honestly I expected a lot more life out of this chair. Structurally it is sound and seems sturdy, so far, and I would give that part high praise. As for the details like the PU Leather, the lack of padding, and cheap wheels, it seems to be a sound chair.

Very easy to assemble very soft I like it. It has a wide seat and a high back the lifting arms come in very handy when I wanna get up close to my desk. I hope they continue to sell this item or I may have to buy another one and put it in the closet. I really really like this chair.

I had such hope. The chair is cushiony enough which is great. I’m only 5’5” with average length legs, there’s no way the seat base of this is for a tall person. The chair itself warbles on the base & pushes me forward. I’m going to see if I should tighten anything but I’m disappointed so far

Spend a lot of time sitting in the chair that is in this location. Old chair finally had to be replaced because cats tore it up. Decided on this one and sure glad I did. Very comfortable and didn't cost a fortune. Looked at a lot of them and glad I chose this one.

I like this chair very much. I chose the white color. It is pure white without any cream color. It is super easy to install. All screws are done with a tool that comes with it. The shape is also very beautiful. The leather is very textured and impeccable. If you also like white, I have to remind you that it is easy to get dirty, but fortunately it can be easily wiped off. I don’t know if it will change color after a period of use. Overall it is perfect. Recommended to buy
