Working Fine With LED Bulb
Like others, I have been using the non LED version of this timer for many years, but tungsten / halogen bulbs are pretty much obsolete, expensive and poor quality these days. This unit is very similar in size and shape to its predecessor so replacing and setting up was very straight forward. Working fine with a dimmable LED bulb that I happened to have spare.

Excellent security product
This new version works well with LED bulbs (though I have only tried it with the dimmable type). I previously had a much earlier model which would not work with these new LED light bulbs so i bought this one having read the reviews.Very happy with this product - easy to fit in place of old wall light switch and easy tp set up.Recommended

Disappointed
I was thrilled when I saw this item as I wasn't sure that you could still get timer switches. An electrician came and fitted switch but unfortunately when I tried to set it it wouldn't work. The light comes on at the time it's set to go off and then stays on. Would cost to get it taken out so it's used as an expensive on off switch 😞

Can't run program over 2 days
Exactly the same as another review. This was a replacement for a previous timer (different make) that was used for 15 years. Unlike previous timer or what you would expect, the program cannot be set to go on for example at 20:00 and off at 07:00 the next day. Have to set it as 20:00 to 23:59 then a second program at 00:00 to 07:00. (setting to go off and on at the same time i.e. 00:00 does not work). Does not tell you this in the instruction so a fair bit of time wasted trying to get it to work.Not a massive issue I guess however a very basic flaw with the product and therefore makes the price point a bit high for a lack of a fundamental function.

Top marks timer
At last a timer that is easy to operate and you don’t need a degree to operate it.

Cheaply made
The plastic tab was broken so the switch wouldn’t work anyway. But the whole thing is really cheaply made. Would not recommend this switch as I don’t think it works last long.

Timer Fuse Carrier difficult to open
The Fuse Carrier is difficult to open - on the previous model, it was much easier.The new model is said to accommodate LED bulbs but when manually turned off, the bulb flashes about 12 times! When programmed to go off, it does not flash.
