I am in my 70's and suffer from a sore back when getting up in the morning. Drugs and PT did not help. I saw a reference to sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees and tried that. My back was immensely improved with just a little soreness in the morning that cleared up in about ten minutes. Keeping the pillow in place was an issue so I tried this, and it solved that problem. It is fitted so your knees want to stay in place and has Velcro straps to keep it attached to one leg. Now I use it every night. It many not work for everyone but it has been great for me.

This pillow is amazing. I'm using it for sciatic pain relief while pregnant and it is a game changer. The only thing I wish it had different was I wish it was not as slippery of a fabric. Other than that 9/10.

My husband and I are in our late 60's. This is the second set of knee pillows, and we love them. If you sleep on your side, you will not have any back pain when you use these pillows. This is one of the best purchases I have made.

I was slightly disappointed as it is not a comfortable as I expected the cooling effect is so so... it is a tedious task keep it between your legs during sleep so it functionality is so so. It does not help with pain relief and the size and make is not comfortable. I guess it was worth the money spent for purchase.However, that may be my experience because I am extremly peculiar.

Just what I didn't know I needed!As a sufferer of lower back issues, resulting in steroid injections and finally lumbar fusion, I have been a side sleeper for at least 15 years. I used a small cushion or flat pillow between my knees pretty successfully until recently. I found the pressure on my knees was leaving them sore by morning.Due to the shape and size of this product, my knees are not engaged at all. It fits perfectly against my thighs, providing ease for back.I also ordered a cover for it as the original product is mostly white. The cover (from a different company) dimensions are slightly smaller, but I was able get it on, adding not only a washable option, but also providing even more firmness without sacrificing comfort.The size is manageable, even for travel. I don't plan on being without it now.

It's soft & isn't hot at all. It's a little to soft, for me I wish it had a little bit more support. And the strap can't be adjusted, and it was way big for me & once I unhooked it to try and tighten it, it wouldn't hook back on to the Velcro, so a bit disappointed with that but I'm just going to hand stitch it on where I need it. Because I got rid of the other one I was using & I really liked it, it just didn't stay in place, that's why I wanted one with a strap. But it's hard to know which one to try. I narrowed it down to 2 but this one had a discount on it so I went with this one. There a bit on the pricey side, but made with good quality.
