Hey, my husband bought this for me.I am a 5'3, fat woman, I don't have much neck, and honestly I was scared cause I don't have any income and I needed to start sleeping better.Now, I saw the reviews and my package was like 3 stops away. Well, I took a leap of faith to let it be delivered.Facts:It definitely fits more comfortably for longer necked people and not people like me or Big Ed.My neck solution:So, for my vertically challenged head stick, I pulled the gel back out and placed it on the back of my neck.1.) Be aware you're going to have to clutch the gel pack like a scared woman with pearls. You feel me?2.) So while you're clutching your pearls with your thumb and index finger.3.) Use your other hand and line up the velocro bits with the gel pack and then once its secured on the front, take advantage of the velcro and let your little fingers relax.4.) Slap it shut, with the appropriate space for you to breathe, like don't make it so tight cause that would be a user issue, but just enough so you can be snug and sip a little water, maybe suck all of those welcher caramel candies or whatever.5.) and rest your eyes, don't fret. Keep it pushing.Conclusion:One size does not fit all, but, Praise Jesus cause my neck feels right as rain. I feel like I can headbang like in my youth. But I'm not cause I'm a reasonable adult and will lay here on my heating pad covered in blankets and listening to soft music.Be kind to y'all selves and the amazon folk. Figure it out. Good product for the price—lightweight and comfortable. The inner pad is soft and can be either frozen or heated, which adds to its versatility.

Very comfortable and after only one night, it helped my neck considerably.

I needed to apply cold pack to my neck after adjustments. Holding a pack against it was tiring. Was happy to find this collar, it fits nicely, and keeps the cold pack against the side of my neck so I don't have to hold it there with my hand. These packs do not hold cold as long as others, but it's long enough. I bought a second one so if I wanted a longer session I could change out the pack. Definitely recommend if you need cold pack on your neck. The other kind I looked at that sits on the shoulders did not seem to keep the cold part pressed against the neck. This one does keep it all the way around the neck.

Works. I kept it. I wish it felt colder though as some of my other ice packs after removing from the freezer. It holds a cooling temperature about an hour. The price was good and it works well for me as a back up ice pack for my neck.

I got this for my uncle who keeps falling asleep with his neck bent completely over, which contributes to the arthritis in his back and is very painful. This is soft and comfortable and holds his head up just great when he dozes off.

I really wanted to love this. Horrible neck issues over the course of the last ten years have led me to try all the “things”.. naturally. Right? lolWell this grabbed my attention because it had the neck wrap which kinda looked like a neck brace and also the ability to ice the neck if needed. Two things I need and get relief from. The neck wrap is not comfortable, and the ice is too cold on the neck. I’ve tried all sorts of different scenarios with it… I will be keeping it because for one I kept it too long but two, you just never know when something will come in handy. It may work better for someone with a wider neck, or maybe even a longer one. Maybe it’s an individual preference 🤷🏻‍♀️

The brace is soft enough but still firm! Easy to use! Glad it has heat or cool insert! Delivery was fast! Cost is decent compared to others! It’s sturdy and should last!
