Q: Is this legal for use as a treatment for Varroa Mites?

Never heard anything otherwise. I wouldn't eat or sell honey that was exposed to the treatment tho.

Q: Can I use this to remove deck stain from my vinyl siding?

I’v never used it on vinyl and have no idea what’ll happen. Mix a little solution for a small spray bottle and test it on an out of sight spot. You don’t want it talking the colour out of your siding.

Q: Does ocalic acid turn wood a mustard yellow color?

I don’t know as I just use it on stains in swimming pool.

Q: Does oxalic acid turn wood a yellow color??

Oxalic acid is used as a bleach for wood, removing black stains caused by dissolved iron that binds to the wood during water penetration. It won't turn wood a yellow color.
