My family stands by these vitamins. I like the Gummy form and my husband takes the pills. The gummies are not soft, but they work well. The pills swallow easily and they aren't overpowering.You will be able to see results withing 3 weeks or sooner.

Took a star off because the taste is not that great and I’m not certain I see benefits just yet. I have been taking these gummy’s every morning for about two weeks, along with other vitamins as well. They have been gentle on my stomach. The price is great for a two pack. I feel a bit more energized so far. As far as mood goes, I think that is subjective; in my line of work, my mood does fluctuate and maybe these gummy as well assist in a positive manner. Time will tell.

i love these gummies! Great taste and they have so many benefits. I'm not exactly sure what all they do for me, since i have a rare disease with many aliments, but it sounds good to me!!

It’s a good vitamin but it has a weed like taste, maybe drink something with flavor right after consuming it

As with all supplements, it’s impossible to know if they help or not…but I hope that is the case.
