Looking for hormone balance? This MIGHT help
I had a live blood analysis done last fall and discovered I'm low in progesterone and estrogen (I'm 30). This was their recommendation to me so I started taking in early November. Honestly, I can't say if it's really helping or not. My periods have become slightly more regular and my face has cleared up some (one of the goals of regulating my hormones). I have also had good energy and felt pretty good overall. Is this because of DHEA? I don't know! Haha it's affordable and doesn't have any negative side effects for me so I'll keep taking for awhile on the chance that it's helping

Good product. Keeps you young
DHEA will keep you young. Everyone over 50 should be taking this. This dose works for women. Men need 65-70 mg dose daily. Keeps your hormones working.

Most of a year for a plant based DHEA is a great value
The dosing is what I have seen recommended before, it is a 300 day supply making it a great value. I give the company high marks for letting us know it is manufactured in the USA from globally sourced material. It is 3rd party tested and GMP compliant. This product has all the things I was looking for in a DHEA supplement.
