The dosage of Hesperidin which I wanted a high dose is only 50mg per tablet but it's good to have both flavonoids in one tablet.So if you take their recommended dose, 3 months supplym but 6 months if taking one per day.Please look for research articles as there are many purported benefits to these 2 ingredients and you can find recommended dosage for different conditions.

This is a very reliable supplement from an old and trusted company. I have used it quite a few times over the years due to heavy and uncomfortable legs and poor circulation. This supplement has definitely helped relieve these signs, although it won't make your broken capillaries or varicose veins disappear. Based on my experience, the supplement delivers without a doubt; however, it has never been easy for me to swallow. I was hoping they had finally converted to capsules, but unfortunately, they are still the same round tablets, which don't feel like they go down easily. I have to drink two full glasses of water and still have the feeling of it being stuck in my throat. I haven't found very good supplements like this containing Diosmin, but it's a real inconvenience to take, hence the 4 stars.

I am able to swallow them OK, but they have no coating to make them smoother.I take them for unsightly thread and spider veins on my legs, but cannot really tell if they make a difference.
