Poor Customer service from amazon customer care and Dehlivery courier person
The media could not be loaded. Leaving a glorious 5-star rating — not because the product was amazing (it wasn’t) or the service was excellent (it definitely wasn’t) — but because the seller earned it through sheer dedication to harassment. After leaving an honest 1-star review, we were treated to a series of desperate, pleading phone calls, practically turning customer harassment into a full-time job. The pressure was so impressive that, like any peace-loving, ordinary Indian family, we finally surrendered and gave them the 5 stars they so desperately craved.The product was a disaster, the service even worse — but hey, stars aren’t for quality anymore, right? It’s truly heartwarming to see Amazon supporting sellers who redefine customer experience in such creative ways. Honestly, buying from this platform felt less like shopping and more like committing a crime. Lesson learned!
