Have been taking it 10 nights, absolutely No Sleeping effect. May be felt little drowsy, but have not slept full night. Have woke up several times during the night. After morning I feel sleepy from not having slept during the night. Not effective at all. I have tried other products with 4 mg of Melatonin and i sleep like a baby over 8 hours.
