For old scars you must use this for at least three months and it really does make them a lost less visible. For new scar if you use it a couple time a day X7 days a week for at least six weeks, the scar will almost totally go away. It has almost no odor and is thick enougn that it does not run and stays in place. It is very imporant that you lightly massage the area when applying, I highly recomment this product.

I’ve been using this gel on my face for several months, but I haven’t noticed any significant improvement. It seems to temporarily mask the issue when I apply it, but it doesn’t provide a lasting or permanent result.

I'm using this on a fresh surgery scar, and like that it glides on easily and has enough viscosity to not feel like a I spent money on a cheap product ;-). I purchased three different types of scar gel, and have gone through almost all of it - this one is my favorite. My doctor says plain old vaseline will do just as well, but the vaseline gets into the neckline of my clothes and is hard to wash out - this isn't. Seems to be doing the trick. Scar is fading by the month. I'm buying another one.

As someone who manages to trip all the time, this product is very helpful. I have been using it twice a day for almost a week and my scars already look better. It’s easy to use with straightforward instructions, not sticky nor smelly, and it’s colorless so you can walk around without anyone noticing it.

I recently had to have Mohs surgery to remove an area of basal cell carcinoma. I had planned on using vitamin E oil on the incision to minimize scarring. My surgeon told me that vitamin E has never been proven to help against scar tissue and that I should use a silicone gel. As you can see from my pictures, this product is doing an incredible job. I will continue using this until my scar is completely healed. I couldn't be happier with this product

Product easy and confortable to put on. Scar has been fading away with time. Doesn’t smell nor it’s sticky. Not thick, It’s like water based; colorless but doesn’t run down it stays on the area you apply or rub on. Great product. Totally recommend
