Why not all the cookbooks are like this one??!
I wish all cookbooks could be made in this self-standing format. When cooking it’s soooo convenient to have it standing just like an iPad, it’s so easy to follow the recipe, you don’t have to get any additional tools to keep the book open, you don’t have to touch the book with dirty hands mid-cooking, the list goes on.Also the recipes are so unique, you can’t find a lot of them anywhere else, because most of them is a fusion, mix of different recipes, cuisines. Unlike all other cookbooks, where you see same recipes in every single one over and over again. And QR codes! I like that you can watch a video of EVERY SINGLE recipe and get not only an idea about how the final product should look like, but also a sneak peek of every step. So instead of wondering how big you need to chop/cut the ingredient, you can just watch the video and see the size for yourself.Great book, ordered more for my family and friends for Christmas!

Unique!
This is a really unique cookbook! First of all, it stands sideways and is almost like a binder. This allows the book to be propped up so you can easily read the recipe as you are cooking. Another fun touch is that every single recipe has a QR code so you can watch a little video about it. The recipes are all fun and different, filled with fresh takes on favorite flavors. I've definitely become a follower of Albert since receiving this book. It's a lot of fun and I look forward to working my way through it!

Well organized, cook book with very creative recipes and a built in stand to display the recipes.
First, this is the first cookbook that I have comes across with a built in stand to use while you cook any of these fun meals. The convenience of that stand is worth the price of this cookbook alone. The recipes are so creative and fun that I found myself really enjoying the adventure of making several of the recipes in this book. The book is sectioned into appetizers, sandwiches and wraps, burgers/burritos and dogs, pizza, pasta and noodles, eggs and chicken, meat, everything as a burger with special sauce. Quickly I found that each category contained such creative recipes. My favorite recipes that I have made this far is, Shrimp fried egg rolls. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put this recipe together. (FYI: I am not a great cook usually). The Cubano sandwich was a big hit in my household. Last, I made the black garlic burger. It has so much flavor that I will be putting that recipe into my regular weekly meal plans. This cookbook will be used often for food inspiration. I am working up to making some of the more intensive recipes. I really am excited to make the mozzarella doughnuts with marinara sauce and several others. Such a fun and creative way to up your culinary skills. This cookbook is well organized. In the front, is the table of contents listing each section and each recipe listed with the page number to get right to it. The recipes have beautiful pictures, so that someone can see what that recipe done correctly looks like, displayed on the page. At the end of the book, you have an organized, alphabetically listed index. This cookbook is designed to be easy to use and contains great recipes. Albert can cook, is a book that will be used in my house weekly. I highly recommend this book.

So many great recipes!
I spent an entire afternoon reading this fascinating cookbook by Albert Niazhvinski, page by page and cover to cover. I’m impressed with his journey from Belarus to the USA, first working as a hardware and production engineer, but then deciding to follow his true passion for cooking and content creation. His enthusiasm shows through in the Introduction page, which describes his internship at a popular Italian restaurant and he also includes an interesting description before each recipe.At the author's suggestion, I've learned to cook using Irish butter and now it's the only butter I want on my toast, baked potatoes, or anything. I had also never tried Japanese mayonnaise before reading this book, and now it's a favorite of mine.The format of this book is not only unique but extremely functional. A video shows you how to set the book up while cooking and there are also companion videos showing how to make each recipe. The pages are made with top-quality paper stock and the pictures have a modern appeal and are artfully done.So far I have tried the Cheesy Bacon Dip, which uses several white cheeses and is delicious, as well as the Hawaiian Sliders ( I added grilled pineapple ) which are tangy and a perfect choice when entertaining a large group. My next endeavor is going to be Mexican Pizza, which features a special Carne Asada Marinade.If I could change a few things, it would be the book’s cover photo itself, because I would prefer a simple photograph of food that is artistic enough to leave out on the living room coffee table and I would also make the print copy itself much darker so that it is easier to read. Other than these two suggestions I think that this cookbook is creative and very well done.Both my son and my college-aged grandson are great cooks, so no doubt this excellent cookbook will make the rounds among family members and friends.
