Q: How much can you see out of the hood? Can i run with this and see enough that i dont run into goblins or fairies when running through the woods?

Not by much but it depends on how bright things are around you. I used it in a red room, so I couldn't see too well.

The visibility is pretty much nonexistent with this costume.

Q: Im 5' 11" and 170 pounds could i fit in a large?

I’d get the xtra large. My husband is 6’ 185 and the large was way too small
