Well made but still nicely flexible.
It arrived at about 8am on Tuesday and by 9am I had it up and running. It does all the day to day office, eMail and web browsing that I've asked of it since then.It's small, silent and runs very cool. It has plenty of sockets including an SD card reader on the side.I'm driving two 273V 24" monitors from the full size HDMI sockets and I also already had a Logitech Wireless Keyboard and Mouse.I have the device connected to my network via ethernet but WiFi is supported should you need it.For the money I'm well pleased.

Tiny and quick mini PC
I bought this PC for my own use. Others I've bought recently have been for junior members of the family. I have an aging Windows 10 PC that is now showing it's age. This replacement was very easy to set up and is very small and almost silent. It sits on the desk but can easliy be attached to the back of a monitor, the bracket is included. Setting up Windows 11 is a doddle as always and comes pre installed. One thing I've noticed, it does run very hot. Even light tasks ramp the temperature up to 80+ deg C. One other minor niggle - the additional SSD slot is for an M.2 SATA 2242 - these are old and few around, luckily Amazon stock a them so I now have a 1tb M.2 installed as backup. Overall quite impressed

Died after 7 months. No replacement sent
Really disappointed with the customer service at Geekom. Only had the machine 7 months and it has completely died. They spent 7 days getting me to try and diagnose the issue myself. I bought a multi metre to check it wasn’t the power supply before they admitted the machine was dead. I returned it over 15 days ago and have not been sent a replacement. I will now be filing a fraud case against Geekom. Abysmal customer service.
