Audien ION Wireless Rechargeable OTC Hearing Aid, Premium Comfort Design and Nearly Invisible

The ION Hearing Aid is very compatible to my expensive prescription Hearing Aids (HAs).I like how comfortable they are when I am wearing them.Other thing I like are the double dome ear domes which ensures that the earlobe is seal for nofeedback (squeal) from the HAs.I like to longer delay in powering up the Has so I can properly seat them in my ears.The charging case is very compact and well design as well has portable and can charge the HAs at least 3X before you need to plug it in.As for hearing, the ION performs remarkably well. I can hear near the same as my Costco brand HAs.Some other observations is the you need to take off the tape (it says REMOVE) so you can begin charging the new HAs. The wire can be adjusted and flex to your liken. The instuctions are clear and easy to follow.If you are looking to try Has for the first time, I would definitely go with the Audien Brand great support and excellent quality. You will save a lot of money and I really think you will be very satisfied.

The rechargeable Audien ION OTC hearing aids are lightweight and easy to use. Following the included quick start guide, I could use my hearing aids in no time. I wear glasses and was surprised at how comfortable the Ion is with them. The hearing aids are versatile, with four hearing modes and nine volume levels. Each ear can be customized independently to make it easier to hear. I have stopped saying, “What?”The box includes everything needed to use and maintain the aids: a charging case, charging block with cord, selection of ear domes, cleaning kit, and clear instructions.I am extremely satisfied with Auien Ion and would recommend them to anyone looking for an OTC hearing aid to help improve their hearing at an affordable price.

I selected the Audien ion rechargeable hearing aids because I had lost one of my previous set, and because the previous set had seen better days. I have only had the Audien ion for 5 days, but i am very impressed by the quality and ease of use. They are simple to wear with a small dome which fits in the ear and a receiver that goes behind the ear, which is so comfortable i have forgotten i had them on. There are 9 volume settings and 4 modes which you can adjust depending on your environment. The sound is at least as good as other hearing aids I have owned which cost over 5000 dollars, for one tenth of the price! I love that they are rechargeable and can be stored and charged in a small pocket sized case. The customer service is also excellent. I have spoken with Aleli several times and she has been very knowledgeable and patient. Overall, I am very happy with Audien ion and would definitely recommend to others.

I have been through 4 different sets of hearing aids in the last 5 years. I have been dissatisfied with all of them for a variety of reasons. I recently purchased the Audien ION Wireless Rechargeable OTC Hearing Aid. I love them! The booklets and videos are very helpful and easy to understand. The hearing aids don’t whistle when using them, which is wonderful. The IONs are light weight and fit well behind my ears. They down fall out of my ears. (My last hearing aids, I bent down and lost one…in the chicken pen). The voices and sounds around me are so clear. I can’t believe the difference in the sound quality.The recharging box is neat and easy to use. It is nice that the recharging box stays charged for a couple of days. I look forward to putting the hearing aids in every morning. I am extremely happy with the Audien Wireless Rechargeable OTC Hearing Aid and highly recommend them.

This ION wireless is now my third model of Audien hearing aid line, and it is arguable their most improved model yet. The product is much more comfortable to wear compared to the ear bud models, and certainly more powerful. The sound quality is crisp and clear throughout the volume range which is very easily increased or decreased by simply touching a rocker switch on the top of the unit. One of the best improvements with this model is the absence of any squealing and feedback.The recharging pod is compact, well designed, and easily used. And, as with prior models, the USB – charged pod can be detached from the charging cord and carried along with you for overnight trips.I had an opportunity to compare the quality of this product to a similar model of another brand costing easily five times as much, and I actually preferred the audien product for the quality of sound. I highly recommend the Audien ION rechargeable hearing aid.

These hearing aids work very well for conversations. It feels like whoever is speaking just got closer to me when I turn them on. Having to say "what?" a lot less often. The controls are easy to find by feel and fairly intuitive. There are 4 modes of operation which are accessed by pressing and holding volume button. I have a hard time remembering which mode is which so I wrote the modes down on the case of the hearing aids. Conversation and driving modes work well. Music sounds pretty good with minimal distortion.I'm not as impressed by the noise cancellation in a noisy bar or outdoor (cicadas) environment. I would imagine for this to be better there would need to be a lot more compute power in the device or some sort of tunable settings (like a phone app).Battery life is excellent as I don't wear them for long periods, only when I anticipate conversations.

I have been using prescription hearing aids for my profound hearing loss. One of them was in need of an expensive repair, so I thought I would try over the counter hearing aids to see if they would work for me. These Audien hearing aids were just not powerful enough and the sound quality wasn't nearly as good as the Oticon hearing aids... it was like the difference between a transistor radio and a stereo! These may be good for mild to possibly moderate hearing loss, but I wouldn't recommend them for moderate to severe hearing loss. They were also a lot wider behind the ear than my Oticons and uncomfortable when wearing glasses.
