Quality
I had doubts, but my bag came and it's too beautiful and a very good quality .

Leather quality was disappointing!
The leather quality of this bag was very disappointing as it was rough and wrinkly. It looks like the leather had dried out. I have seen the same bag in different colors at the Coach store and their leather is buttery soft! Perhaps this was part of a bad batch, but Coach should really quality check their bags before shipping them out to other vendors, as this is an expensive bag. I have returned this but will probably try again at a later point in time, as I do really like the design of the bag.
