Super fast delivery from Germany... Fantastic product, as good if not better tasting than any premium bottled water.The mini looks great on the kitchen worktop, and we're very pleased with it. The instructions aren't written in perfect English, but they are workable and understandable and it's quite straightforward with minimal set up to get up and running. I managed to get air trapped in the filter as I rushed the set up as I was desperate to see how the water tasted, but there are FAQs to help if you get initial niggles ironed out so after a few minutes of submerging the filter in water and tapping it to remove the air we were up and running. I am quite bad at remembering to drink enough water, but with the mini in the kitchen it reminds me to stay hydrated. Our tap water is heavily chlorinated and I dread to think what else lurks in there... The mini turns pretty vile flat tap into highly drinkable lovely tasting H20. Awesome :o)

The product arrives with poor instructions and a lot of advertising stuff from the company which produces those. The heart of the filter systems, obviously is its filter which is a good piece of kit. The rest of the Water Systems is all plastic (so useful fo the environment), cheap in appearance and feel and for what it is outrageously overpriced. The filter prices require frequent replacements some in as short a time as 2 weeks

I ordered this for a friend, she is very happy with this- but now she needs replacement filter parts, and I keep getting the message here 'not available' - what's going on, the item is not workable ie useless when filters cannot be replaced, and the item becomes a health hazard when used beyond the filter capacity

This water machine is amazing. I absolutely love it and the taste of the water is superb. It’s an expensive machine but worth every penny!
